Who we are.
I’ve spent 15 years as a band director. I know what it feels like to be the one answering parent questions, tracking sizes, chasing deadlines, and making sure every student is ready to step on the field.
I started Marching Orders Direct to take that weight off directors’ plates. We build the store, organize the order, coordinate fulfillment, and stay close to the details so you can spend more time leading your students.

Marching Orders Direct goes beyond T-shirts and spirit wear. Your store can include the gear your students actually need—shoes, gloves, rehearsal apparel, accessories, supplies, and more—alongside optional apparel and spirit wear. One program. One store. One link.
That depends on your program. Required gear, marching shoes, guard and indoor equipment, rehearsal wear, accessories, spirit wear, staff apparel, supplies, and more can all be included. Tell us what you need, and we'll help build the right mix for your program.
Start by telling us about your program and what you need. We'll work with you to select the products, build your private store, and send it to you for approval. Once everything looks right, you get one link to share with your families.
No. Families place their own orders and pay online through your store. You don't have to collect cash, chase order forms, keep up with receipts, or build another spreadsheet.
No problem. If certain items are already included in your students' fair-share fees, we can still include them in your MOD store. Students select the items and sizes they need without paying for them online, and we coordinate the order with your program. You get accurate sizes and organized orders without another spreadsheet or paper form.
We'll set an ordering window and fulfillment plan that makes sense for your program. Depending on the products, orders may be grouped and delivered to your program for distribution or shipped directly when available. We'll make the plan clear before your store opens.
There is no cost to your program to set up a standard Marching Orders Direct store. We'll work with you to choose the products you want to offer, and families purchase what they need directly through the store.
